Jessie Ricks, Dominic Latorraca, and Stephanie Ackerman announce their candidacy for the Asbury Park School Board
Jessie Ricks will be seeking re-election to the Asbury Park School Board running with former board member Dominic Latorraca and Stephanie Ackerman for the three contested seats on the ballot this November.
They are running on the Improve Learning Now! ticket with a primary focus to improve student academic achievement and fiscal responsibility. The candidates believe that a focused, strategic approach is necessary to increase support to children and families, and to require an increased effort from teachers, staff, board members, and the community. Everyone’s efforts must be regularly assessed, and transparently reported to the community.
